Where we deliver
Kid Ready currently focuses on delivery within Australia. Availability depends on the product, delivery postcode and supplier/carrier service area.
Delivery charges
Where a delivery charge applies, it is shown during checkout before payment. Some products may include delivery in the displayed price while others may have postcode-dependent freight.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders may be fulfilled directly by an Australian distribution partner. Once dispatched, tracking details are sent where available. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate consignments.
Regional and remote areas
Some bulky items cannot be delivered to particular remote locations or may attract additional freight. If an order cannot be fulfilled to your address, we will contact you and refund the affected item if no practical alternative is available.
Authority to leave
Carrier options vary. If a parcel is left unattended at your request or under a carrier’s permitted process, choose a location that is secure, sheltered and inaccessible to young children where appropriate.
