Who we are
Kid Ready is operated by Square Deals Pty Ltd in Australia. References to “Kid Ready”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Square Deals Pty Ltd trading through kidready.com.au.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfilment where stock is unavailable, pricing is clearly erroneous, payment is not authorised, delivery is not available to the address supplied, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order after payment, the amount paid for the cancelled item will be refunded.
Prices
Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Product prices, promotions and availability may change. Any delivery charge is shown during checkout before you place the order.
Product information
We work to keep descriptions, dimensions, colours, stock and images accurate. Minor variations may occur, particularly in screen colour and supplier packaging. Safety warnings, age guidance and installation instructions supplied with a product must be followed.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees continue to apply regardless of any separate change-of-mind policy.
Safety information
Our curation and safety screening are intended to reduce risk, not to replace adult supervision, manufacturer instructions, professional advice or the purchaser’s responsibility to use a product as directed. Where a product is subject to an Australian mandatory standard, we require appropriate evidence and point-of-sale information before publishing it.
Intellectual property
Kid Ready branding, original site copy, graphics and editorial content are owned by or licensed to Square Deals Pty Ltd. Supplier product images and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.
Website use
You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it in a way that causes unreasonable load, or use content unlawfully.
Changes
We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change. The current version will always be published here.
